UNWANTED GOODS
We are sure that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase, but in the unlikely event that your are not happy you  may return the item with 7 days for a complete refund (less delivery charges+ administration fees for processing). (Return notice MUST be made via email with intention to return for autorisation code and return address). Refunds will be made by paypal within 7 days, subject to the approval of Midlandbabystore. Returned items must be new and unused and with the original labels and packaging still in tact. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on merchandise that was purchased on sale, special offer or on items made to order.
Please note: For all Izziwotnot nursery furniture and bedding items, refunds are subject to Izziwotnot's agreement to the refund. All faulty goods will be replaced or refunded. A refund may not be granted where a purchaser purely changes their mind. 

The cost of returning goods is the responsibility of the customer. We suggest that you obtain proof of posting and insurance to its full value as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged returns.

EXCHANGING GOODS
If you need to exchange an item, please email on enquiries@midlandbabystore.com, we are happy to do so, subject to availability. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items for exchange to us. Again, please email us in the first instance. Exchanged items can only be despatched to you once we have received the original goods and we have performed a quality control check. We suggest that you obtain proof of posting and insurance to its full value as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged returns.

DAMAGED GOODS
Please try to check your delivery on receipt. If signing for goods that are damaged please sign as "damaged", or "unchecked" if you're not able to check at the time of delivery.

In the unlikely event your order is received damaged please contact us immediately via email on enquiries@midlandbabystore.com. Please retain the original packaging for returning your order. Contact us with your midlandbabystore order number. We will arrange to replace or refund your order, whichever your preference. It is your responsibility to notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 7 days of delivery.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse a return or an exchange if we are not satisfied that the item is new and unused.
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm.
